以初显分离时间和沉降率为量化指标,研究了正丁醇、1,2-丙二醇、丙三醇、季戊四醇、木糖醇和山梨醇6种具有不同羟基数目的增塑剂对氨基甲酸酯淀粉和 PVA 混合浆相分离行为的影响。研究结果表明,羟基增塑剂的加入能改善混合浆液的稳定性,随着增塑剂中所含羟基数目的增加,混合浆液的稳定性逐渐提高。当羟基数目等于3时效果最佳;但进一步增加羟基数目,氨基甲酸酯淀粉/PVA 混合浆液稳定性反而会有所降低。此外,本文还研究了丙三醇的用量、PVA 的聚合度和醇解度对混合浆液相分离行为的影响。

The influences of some hydroxyl-containing plasticizers with different number of hydroxyls on the phase-separation behaviors of carbamate starch and polyvinyl alcohol blend pastes were quantitative-ly evaluated in terms of initial demixing time and subsidence ratio.The hydroxyl plasticizer such as butyl alcohol,1,2-propanediol,glycerol,pentaerythritol ,xylitol,and sorbitol was individually mixed with the blended pastes.The experiment results demonstrated all the hydroxyl-containing plasticizers could ef-fectively increase the blended paste stability.The plasticizers enhanced the blended paste stability with increasing the number of hydroxyls up to 3,reaching maximal effect,and beyond this number it reduced again.Moreover,the influences of the amounts of glycerol,polymerization degree and alcoholization de-gree of PVA were also investigated.
