以水为溶剂,在水热反应釜中利用硫酸锌与732型强酸性阳离子树脂(001×7)于80℃进行阳离子交换,反应制备了氧化锌/阳离子交换树脂.研究了反应温度和反应时间对产物的影响,通过 SEM、红外对产品进行了表征.结果表明,在温度为80℃、pH=9、氧化时间为3h 时,制备的氧化锌/阳离子交换树脂中氧化锌含量最高,且此改性的阳离子树脂对亚甲基蓝具有较好的光催化性能,降解率最好可达93.36%.

Zinc oxide/Cation exchange resin was successfully prepared by the reaction of zinc sulfate with 732 cation-exchange resin (001×7)in water in cation exchange reaction vessel at 80 ℃.Zinc oxide/Cat-ion exchange resin can be affected by the reaction time and the reaction temperature .The obtained com-posites were investigated by SEM and IR.The results show that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:the temperature was 80 ℃,the pH value was 9,the oxidation time was 3 h.It was found that Zinc oxide/Cation exchange resin had good photocatalytic activity in the oxidation of methylene blue with the degradation rate of 93.36%.
