目的:探讨重度颅脑损伤标准大骨瓣减压术后早期离体骨瓣与成形钛网修补颅骨的临床效果。方法对我院收治128例大骨瓣减压患者行早期颅骨修补,采用离体骨瓣与成形钛网修补颅骨,探讨早期颅骨修补对去骨瓣减压患者预后的影响。结果早期颅骨修补使患者的意识及神经系统症状得到了不同程度的改善,并发症主要有感染,皮下积液,骨吸收。结论对去骨瓣减压术后患者行早期颅骨修补可尽早恢复患者颅腔生理的完整性,提高患者生活质量,钛网修补和自体骨瓣修补各有其优缺点,皮下积液,感染为二者共有的并发症,骨吸收见于自体骨瓣修补,实际应用中应因人而异,个体选择。

목적:탐토중도로뇌손상표준대골판감압술후조기리체골판여성형태망수보로골적림상효과。방법대아원수치128례대골판감압환자행조기로골수보,채용리체골판여성형태망수보로골,탐토조기로골수보대거골판감압환자예후적영향。결과조기로골수보사환자적의식급신경계통증상득도료불동정도적개선,병발증주요유감염,피하적액,골흡수。결론대거골판감압술후환자행조기로골수보가진조회복환자로강생리적완정성,제고환자생활질량,태망수보화자체골판수보각유기우결점,피하적액,감염위이자공유적병발증,골흡수견우자체골판수보,실제응용중응인인이이,개체선택。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of early cranioplasty with preserved autologus bone flap and computer-assisted designed titanium mesh after standard trauma craniotomy for severe craniocerebral injury patients .Methods 128 cases of big bone flap decompression in patients with early repair of the skull ,the use of in vitro bone flap and titanium mesh cranioplasty , to explore the effect of early repairment of the skull to the prognosis of the patients with bone flap decompression .Results Consciousness and neurological deficit of patients in early cranioplasty are different degree of improvement , the postoperative complications included infection , subcutaneous effusion ,bone resorption .Conclusions The integrity after decompressive craniectomy in patients with early repair of the skull can early recovery in patients with intracranial physiology ,improve the quality of life of patients .Titanium mesh and bone flap for repair of each has its advantages and disadvantages ,in actual application the selection of repair material should vary with individual choice .
