从疑似发生猪链球菌病患猪的肺脏和淋巴结中分离到1株细菌。该细菌经形态学观察、培养特性、溶血试验、生化试验和动物试验鉴定为偏向厌氧型链球菌。该菌株对小白鼠存在致病性。药敏试验表明：分离菌株对阿莫西林和先锋V高度敏感，对菌必治、呋喃妥因、磺胺类药中敏，对青霉素、链霉素、卡那霉素和恩诺沙星等药物不敏感。
종의사발생저련구균병환저적폐장화림파결중분리도1주세균。해세균경형태학관찰、배양특성、용혈시험、생화시험화동물시험감정위편향염양형련구균。해균주대소백서존재치병성。약민시험표명：분리균주대아막서림화선봉V고도민감，대균필치、부남타인、광알류약중민，대청매소、련매소、잡나매소화은낙사성등약물불민감。
One Streptococcus suis was obtained from the lung and lymphaden of sick swine. The streptococcus suis was identified as deviation oxygen-phobe by observation of morphology, cultural character, hemolysin test, biochemical test and animal experiment,could cause death of the Mouse. Drug susceptibility test showed that Amoxicillin and vanguard V were high susceptible, Rocephin, Nitrofu-rantoin,and Sulfanilamide were middle susceptible,penicillin,Streptomycin,Kanamycin,enrofloxacin base were low susceptible.
