根据当前煤炭行业的现状，对水城县第一大产煤乡镇---勺米镇当前产业情况进行分析，结合实践经验，提出了关于煤炭产业转型的若干建议与思考，找出转型过程中存在的问题，对于煤炭产业的成功转型提供了参考和借鉴。

In recent years,with the coal mining industry economic recession,the majority of Coal industry is difficult to survive.Base on the coal industry transformation under the strong support in Liupanshui,the cur-rent situation of the coal industry in Shaomi Town,which is the first major coal township of Shuicheng County was analyzed.Some planning suggestions on coal industry transformation was put forward and the existing problems in its process were obtained,which provides refrence for the success of the transformation of coal in-dustry.
