目的:探讨与分析复方甘草酸苷治疗抗结核药物所致的药物性肝损害的疗效。方法:对从2012年1月~2013年11月我院收治的病例中采集80例进行回顾性分析,依照患者自愿随机分组各40例,对照组给予肌苷以及还原型谷胱甘肽1.2克治疗,分析组给予复方甘草酸苷,对临床疗效进行观察与对比。结果:分析组有30例显效,9例有效,1例无效,总有效率为97.5%;对照组有20例显效,12例有效,8例无效,总有效率为80%,分析组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用复方甘草酸苷能够治疗抗结核药物所致的药物性肝损害,效果显著,安全无毒副作用,可使肝损害的严重程度得到减轻。

목적:탐토여분석복방감초산감치료항결핵약물소치적약물성간손해적료효。방법:대종2012년1월~2013년11월아원수치적병례중채집80례진행회고성분석,의조환자자원수궤분조각40례,대조조급여기감이급환원형곡광감태1.2극치료,분석조급여복방감초산감,대림상료효진행관찰여대비。결과:분석조유30례현효,9례유효,1례무효,총유효솔위97.5%;대조조유20례현효,12례유효,8례무효,총유효솔위80%,분석조현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:응용복방감초산감능구치료항결핵약물소치적약물성간손해,효과현저,안전무독부작용,가사간손해적엄중정도득도감경。
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of drug-induced liver injury caused by anti TB drugs.Methods:From 2012 January~2013 year in November in our hospital were collected in 80 cases were analyzed retrospectively, in accordance with the voluntary patient randomly 40 cases, control group was given 1.2 grams of inosine and glutathione treatment, analysis group was given compound glycyrrhizin, were observed and compared the clinical efifcacy.Results:The analysis of group 30 cases were cured, 9 cases were effective, 1 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.5%;the control group 20 cases were cured, 12 cases were effective, 8 cases ineffective, the total efifciency of 80%, analysis group was signiifcantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of drug-induced liver injury caused by anti TB drugs, the effect is remarkable, safe non-toxic side effects, the severity of liver damage can be mitigated.
