目的：探究山莨菪碱对ACS合并糖尿病肾病患者接受择期PCI术后肾功能保护作用的临床效果。方法：选取2010年3月至2013年3月在我院接受治疗的180例ACS合并糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象，依循随机平均分配原则分为对照组和观察组，对照组术前静脉滴注使用氯化钠生理盐水，观察组术前静脉推注使用山莨菪碱药物，回顾性分析其术后疗效。结果：对照组PCI术后内生肌酐清除率与术前相比，具有显著差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。且与观察组术后每个阶段内生肌酐清除率比较差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。另外，对照组心率变化不大，观察组术前用药心率上升较快。结论：山莨菪碱对ACS合并糖尿病肾病患者接受择期PCI术后肾功能保护作用的临床效果较佳。
목적：탐구산랑탕감대ACS합병당뇨병신병환자접수택기PCI술후신공능보호작용적림상효과。방법：선취2010년3월지2013년3월재아원접수치료적180례ACS합병당뇨병신병환자위연구대상，의순수궤평균분배원칙분위대조조화관찰조，대조조술전정맥적주사용록화납생리염수，관찰조술전정맥추주사용산랑탕감약물，회고성분석기술후료효。결과：대조조PCI술후내생기항청제솔여술전상비，구유현저차이，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。차여관찰조술후매개계단내생기항청제솔비교차이，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。령외，대조조심솔변화불대，관찰조술전용약심솔상승교쾌。결론：산랑탕감대ACS합병당뇨병신병환자접수택기PCI술후신공능보호작용적림상효과교가。
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the protective effect of anisodamine on renal function in patients with acute coronary syndrome complicated with diabetic nephropathy undergoing elective PCI surgery.Methods:180 cases of patients with acute coronary diabetic nephropathy syndrome for the study in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013, randomly assigned to follow the principles into control group and observation group, the control group patients using sodium chloride intravenous infusion of normal saline, before surgery, the observation group anisodamine intravenous drugs, retrospective analysis of the efifcacy of postoperative.Results:The control group after PCI endogenous creatinine clearance rate compared with the previous surgery, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). And with the observation group after each stage of creatinine clearance rate difference, with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). In addition, little change in heart rate in the control group, the observation group premedication before rising faster heart rate.Conclusion:The clinical effect of the protective effect of anisodamine on renal function in patients with acute coronary syndrome complicated with diabetic nephropathy undergoing elective had better clinical results.
