目的：探讨肺功能检查在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的诊断意义。方法：对我院2012年～2013年期间124例初诊为COPD患者治疗前及治疗后1周、治疗后3个月进行肺功能检查，判定诊断符合率，对诊断符合率进行统计学分析。结果：治疗前符合诊断101例，诊断符合率为81.5%；治疗后1周符合诊断68例，诊断符合率为54.8%，与治疗前比较，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义；治疗后3个月符合诊断65例，诊断符合率为52.4%，与治疗前比较，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义，与治疗后1周比较，P＞0.05，差异无统计学意义。结论：在我们的临床工作中，存在COPD诊断过度问题；肺功能检查应选择恰当时机，否则仍会导致误诊发生。
목적：탐토폐공능검사재만성조새성폐질병중적진단의의。방법：대아원2012년～2013년기간124례초진위COPD환자치료전급치료후1주、치료후3개월진행폐공능검사，판정진단부합솔，대진단부합솔진행통계학분석。결과：치료전부합진단101례，진단부합솔위81.5%；치료후1주부합진단68례，진단부합솔위54.8%，여치료전비교，P＜0.05，차이유통계학의의；치료후3개월부합진단65례，진단부합솔위52.4%，여치료전비교，P＜0.05，차이유통계학의의，여치료후1주비교，P＞0.05，차이무통계학의의。결론：재아문적림상공작중，존재COPD진단과도문제；폐공능검사응선택흡당시궤，부칙잉회도치오진발생。
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To explore the diagnostic signiifcance of lung function in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:The clinical dates of patients in my hospital were collected from 2012 to 2013, who were diagnosed chronic obstructive pulmonary disease for the ifrst time. The lung function was done to have statistical analysis of the diagnosis coincidence rate before the treatment, 1 week after treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results:101 patients were conformed to the diagnosis of COPD before treatment, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 81.5%. 68 patients were conformed to the diagnosis of COPD 1 week after treatment, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 54.8%.Compare 1 week after treatment with before treatment,the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).65 patients were conformed to the diagnosis of COPD 3 months after treatment, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 52.4%.Compare 3 months after treatment with before treatment,the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).However, compare 3 months after treatment with 1 week after treatment,the difference was not statistically signiifcant (P>0.05).Conclusion:In our clinical work, overdiagnosis of COPD exists and we should choose appropriate opportunity to test the lung fuction, otherwise it will lead to misdiagnosis.
