水文干旱是一种机理复杂、影响深远的干旱现象，相对于气象干旱往往受到的关注较少。基于偏态分布概率的方法，描述水文干旱过程，利用年径流计算水文干旱指标标准径流指数，建立了评价水文干旱等级的标准。结果表明，修正后的标准径流指数能够准确反映汾河上游水文干旱的情况，优于常规指标，并且能为干旱预警提供依据。
水文榦旱是一種機理複雜、影響深遠的榦旱現象，相對于氣象榦旱往往受到的關註較少。基于偏態分佈概率的方法，描述水文榦旱過程，利用年徑流計算水文榦旱指標標準徑流指數，建立瞭評價水文榦旱等級的標準。結果錶明，脩正後的標準徑流指數能夠準確反映汾河上遊水文榦旱的情況，優于常規指標，併且能為榦旱預警提供依據。
수문간한시일충궤리복잡、영향심원적간한현상，상대우기상간한왕왕수도적관주교소。기우편태분포개솔적방법，묘술수문간한과정，이용년경류계산수문간한지표표준경류지수，건립료평개수문간한등급적표준。결과표명，수정후적표준경류지수능구준학반영분하상유수문간한적정황，우우상규지표，병차능위간한예경제공의거。
Hydrological drought is a complex and influential phenomenon of drought ;it tends to be less concerned with respect to me-teorological drought .In view of skewed probability distribution ,the process of hydrological drought is described .Hydrological drought index-Standardized Runoff Index is calculated with annual runoff dates ,and evaluation criteria of hydrological drought is es-tablished .The results show that the corrected Standard Runoff Index reflects the hydrological drought accurately in the upstream of the Fenhe River .By the way ,it provides a basis for drought warning at the early stage .
