以河流健康评估指标体系为基础，构建了基于网络层次分析法（ANP）的河流健康评估指标体系模型。借助超级决策（Super Decisions）软件建立了评估指标间的相互关系，并解决了评估指标权重计算复杂的难题。最后通过问卷调查的方法与指标赋分的原则，采用综合评价法评估河流健康状态，这为河流健康评估工作提供了新方法。

On the basis of river health assessment index system ,an evaluation model of river health assessment index system based on the ANP method is established .Super Decision software is used to establish a relationship between the evaluation indicators .And the evaluation index weight calculation complex problems are solved .At last ,through the questionnaire survey method and the prin-ciple of indicators assignment ,the comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate river health ,this provides a new method for the assessment of river health .
