采用选择性培养基从梅河口市某地下水样品中分离出一株对铁、锰有高效去除作用的菌株,将其命名为M HK-10。16S rDNA测序表明,该菌株为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus),同源性达96%。通过影响因素实验探讨了温度、pH值及地下水中常见阳离子对M H K-10除锰作用的影响。结果表明:M H K-10除锰的最佳条件为温度15~30℃,p H值6~8,且Na+、Ca2+的存在对锰离子的去除起促进作用,K+、Mg2+、NH+4、Fe2+对其起抑制作用。将菌种用于处理所取水样,15 min后锰的去除率达96%以上,出水锰含量达到国家饮用水标准(GB5749-2006),验证了M HK-10除锰的可行性。

A manganese and iron-resistant strain is isolated from groundwater sampling from Meihekou City by selective media ,which is named MHK-10 .The result of 16S rDNA sequencing shows that the MHK-10 belongs to Bacillus .Based on the water quality of field site ,the effect of environmental factors on the removal of manganese are investigated by batch experiment ,temperature ,pH , common cations included .The results indicate that the optimal condition for the bio-oxidation of manganese is as follows :the tem-perature is 15~30 ℃ ,pH value is 6~8 ,the existence of Na+ ,Ca2+ plays a positive role ,while K+ ,Mg2+ ,NH+4 ,Fe2+ plays a nega-tive role .The strain is used for groundwater treatment ,the removal rate reaches above 96% after 15 min ,and manganese content meets standards for drinking water quality (GB5749-2006) ,which proves further the feasibility of the technology .
