在分析大量相关资料的基础上，对20世纪50年代、70年代、80年代、90年代和2008年5个时期的卫星遥感影像数据进行解译，综合研究水坝建设对石羊河流域水资源生态环境的影响。结果表明：由于上游和中游水库的拦截，使下游地表水资源大幅度减少；下游河道径流减少严重，甚至长期断流；下游地下水严重超采，导致地下水位急剧下降；天然植被盖度逐渐降低，植被出现明显退化。
재분석대량상관자료적기출상，대20세기50년대、70년대、80년대、90년대화2008년5개시기적위성요감영상수거진행해역，종합연구수패건설대석양하류역수자원생태배경적영향。결과표명：유우상유화중유수고적란절，사하유지표수자원대폭도감소；하유하도경류감소엄중，심지장기단류；하유지하수엄중초채，도치지하수위급극하강；천연식피개도축점강저，식피출현명현퇴화。
Based on literature data analysis and five stages'(50's ,70's ,80's ,90's and 2008)satellite remote sensing data interpretation , the ecological impact caused by dam construction in Shiyang River Basin was analyzed .The results showed that because the dam in upstream and midstream intercept ,the surface water in the downstream reduced significantly .River runoff in the downstream re-duced seriously and even long-term drying .groundwater in the downstream was over-exploited ,which results in a sharp decline in groundwater level .Natural vegetation cover was reduced gradually ,vegetation degenerated significantly .
