The condenser is an important equipment of the thermal cycle system in nuclear power plant , the tubes leakage & failure affect the plant safety operation .For these problems , it analyze the cause of condenser tubes failure .Then ,modify the second filter unreasonable design ,strictly control foreign materi-al,change the failure tubes with stainless steel solid tubes ,these measure solve the tubes frequently leak problem.In the future,it provide the preventive measure and suggesting from equipment management and optimizing maintenance ,and ensure the condenser long -term safety &reliable operation .
