目的：分析和比较22个西藏不同地区冬虫夏草样品中的微量元素含量。方法：采用浓硝酸-双氧水消解冬虫夏草样品，电感耦合等离子体质谱（ICP-MS）测定样品中钾、钠、钙、镁、铝、铁、铜、锌、锰、铬、镉、铅等12种微量元素。结果：对人体有益的钾、钠、钙、镁、铝、铁等元素含量均较为丰富，其中钾元素含量最为丰富；有9个样品的铅含量不同程度地超出了药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准的限量标准。结论：不同冬虫夏草样品中的微量元素含量存在不同程度的差异，研究结果为西藏不同地区冬虫夏草的质量评价和控制提供参考。
목적：분석화비교22개서장불동지구동충하초양품중적미량원소함량。방법：채용농초산-쌍양수소해동충하초양품，전감우합등리자체질보（ICP-MS）측정양품중갑、납、개、미、려、철、동、자、맹、락、력、연등12충미량원소。결과：대인체유익적갑、납、개、미、려、철등원소함량균교위봉부，기중갑원소함량최위봉부；유9개양품적연함량불동정도지초출료약용식물급제제진출구록색행업표준적한량표준。결론：불동동충하초양품중적미량원소함량존재불동정도적차이，연구결과위서장불동지구동충하초적질량평개화공제제공삼고。
Objective:To analyze and compare the contents of trace elements in 22 Ophiocordyceps sinesis samples collected from different districts of Tibet.Method:Samples were digested with concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide,the contents of K,Na, Ca,Mg,Al,Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Cr,Cd and Pb in O.sinesis were determined by ICP-MS.Results:All samples are rich in the trace elements beneficial to human body such as K,Na,Ca,Mg,Al,Fe,among which K is the richest.And the contents of Pb in 9 sam-ples were more or less higher than the limits of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and Green Trade Standard for Importing and Exporting Medici-nal Plant and Preparation.Conclusion:The contents of trace elements vary in differrent degrees among differrent O.sinesis samples, which will provide a reference for quality evaluation and control of O.sinensis from different districts of Tibet.
