目的 探讨病毒性肝炎患者非消化道出血性贫血的原因.方法 对血常规检查伴有贫血而无消化道出血的30例病毒性肝炎患者作骨髓穿刺及溶血方面的检查.结果 检查发现原因不明的溶血性贫血3例,地中海贫血3例,缺铁性贫血2例;骨髓增生减低/明显减低共9例.结论 对病毒性肝炎伴有贫血者,应常规作骨髓穿刺及溶血的相关检查.

목적 탐토병독성간염환자비소화도출혈성빈혈적원인.방법 대혈상규검사반유빈혈이무소화도출혈적30례병독성간염환자작골수천자급용혈방면적검사.결과 검사발현원인불명적용혈성빈혈3례,지중해빈혈3례,결철성빈혈2례;골수증생감저/명현감저공9례.결론 대병독성간염반유빈혈자,응상규작골수천자급용혈적상관검사.
Objective To explore the causes of non-gastrointestinal hemorrhagic anemia in patients with viral hepatitis.Methods 30 cases of viral hepatitis patients who had anaemia with non-gastrointestinal bleeding in blood routine test were performed bone marrow aspiration and hemolysis tests.Results The results showed there were 3 cases of unexplained hemolytic anemia,3 cases of thalassaemia,2 cases of iron deficiency anemia,9 cases of reduced or obvious reduced hyperosteogeny.Conclusion For the patients with viral hepatitis,bone marrow aspiration and hemolysis tests should be routinely performed.
