目的：探析紫杉醇和顺铂方案诱导化疗结合放射治疗对晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效。方法选取112例晚期鼻咽癌患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组56例。实验组采用紫杉醇和顺铂方案诱导化疗，第3阶段化疗后1周进行放疗，对照组仅采用单纯放疗。结果34．1％病患的T分期和45．5％病患的N分期下降，实验组的鼻咽部和颈淋巴结CR率依次是91．8％和89．0％，对照组的鼻咽部和颈淋巴结CR率依次是72．3％和67．8％，两组病患的化疗和放疗毒性反应差异有统计学意义（P＞0．05）。不良反应主要为粒细胞下降、掉发、口腔黏膜反应和胃肠道反应，都能耐受。结论紫杉醇和顺铂方案诱导化疗结合放射治疗晚期鼻咽癌的近期效果显著，对治疗中晚期鼻咽癌有极大的促进作用。
목적：탐석자삼순화순박방안유도화료결합방사치료대만기비인암적근기료효。방법선취112례만기비인암환자，수궤분위대조조화실험조，매조56례。실험조채용자삼순화순박방안유도화료，제3계단화료후1주진행방료，대조조부채용단순방료。결과34．1％병환적T분기화45．5％병환적N분기하강，실험조적비인부화경림파결CR솔의차시91．8％화89．0％，대조조적비인부화경림파결CR솔의차시72．3％화67．8％，량조병환적화료화방료독성반응차이유통계학의의（P＞0．05）。불량반응주요위립세포하강、도발、구강점막반응화위장도반응，도능내수。결론자삼순화순박방안유도화료결합방사치료만기비인암적근기효과현저，대치료중만기비인암유겁대적촉진작용。
Objective The treatment of recent curative effect of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy purpose of combi-nation of paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy.Methods 1 1 2 cases of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,56 cases each group.The experimental group with paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy,radiothera-py for 1 weeks after the third phase of chemotherapy,while the control group only received radiotherapy.Results 34.1% patients T staging and N staging in 45 .5% of the patients in experimental group decreased,the nasopharynx and neck lymph node CR rate were 91 .8% and 89%,the control group of the nasopharynx and neck lymph node CR rate were 72.3%and 67.8%,there is significant difference between the two groups of patients with chemotherapy and radiation toxicity (P>0.05).The main side effects were leucopenia,hair loss,oral mucosa re-action and gastrointestinal tract reaction,can withstand.Conclusion Significant effect of radiotherapy for advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma combined with the recent paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy,it plays an important role in treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
