目的：观察疏血通注射液对原发性高血压患者肾素血管紧张素醛固酮系统（RAAS）活性的影响。方法将入选的原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，观察两组治疗前后血压、血浆肾素（PRA）、血管紧张素Ⅱ（AngⅡ）、醛固酮（ALD）水平及血脂、血流液变学指标的变化。结果治疗后两组患者血浆 AngⅡ、ALD均较治疗前有所降低，治疗组降低更为明显（ P ＜0．05），两组患者血浆肾素水平较治疗前升高，但差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。治疗组治疗后血压、血脂、血液流变学指标明显改善，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05或 P ＜0．01）。结论疏血通注射液对原发性高血压患者 RAAS 活性有明显改善，可降低血浆AngⅡ、ALD的含量，改善血液流变学特性，有效降低血压。
목적：관찰소혈통주사액대원발성고혈압환자신소혈관긴장소철고동계통（RAAS）활성적영향。방법장입선적원발성고혈압환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，관찰량조치료전후혈압、혈장신소（PRA）、혈관긴장소Ⅱ（AngⅡ）、철고동（ALD）수평급혈지、혈류액변학지표적변화。결과치료후량조환자혈장 AngⅡ、ALD균교치료전유소강저，치료조강저경위명현（ P ＜0．05），량조환자혈장신소수평교치료전승고，단차이무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）。치료조치료후혈압、혈지、혈액류변학지표명현개선，여대조조상비차이유통계학의의（ P ＜0．05혹 P ＜0．01）。결론소혈통주사액대원발성고혈압환자 RAAS 활성유명현개선，가강저혈장AngⅡ、ALD적함량，개선혈액류변학특성，유효강저혈압。
O bjective To observe the effect of Shuxuetong injection on renin ang io tensin aldosterone system in patients w ith essential hypertension.M ethods O ne hundred and tw enty patients w ith essential hypertension w ere random ly divided tw o groups . The curative effect of tw o groups w as assessed before trea tm ent and after treatm ent.At the sam e tim e blood lipids ,hem orheo log ical param eters ,PRA ,AngⅡ and ALD w ere observed.Results After treatm entw ith Shuxuetong injection , the level of serum PRA w as increased but there w as no t a significant difference( P > 0.05) .The level of serum Ang Ⅱ and ALD w as descended and there w as a significant difference com pard w ith the contro lgroup( P < 0.05) .The lipids and hem orheo log icalparam eters in the treating group w ere m proved obviously ,and the difference w as significant com pared w ith the contro lgroup( P < 0.05) .Conclusion Shuxuetong injection could im prove rennin ang io tension aldos terone system fo r essential hypertension , raise the levelof PRA , lower the content ofAngⅡand Ald, lower blood pressure effectively.
