节能发电调度在达到节能、环保目标的同时也必须保证电力系统的安全运行，对调整后的节能发电计划进行安全校核是保障系统安全运行的重要环节。针对此，描述了实时发电计划安全校核的实现方法、技术特点和校核步骤等内容。在广东电网中调的实际应用表明，发电计划安全校核可以在节能发电调度的同时有效保障电力系统的安全运行，具有重要的安全意义。
節能髮電調度在達到節能、環保目標的同時也必鬚保證電力繫統的安全運行，對調整後的節能髮電計劃進行安全校覈是保障繫統安全運行的重要環節。針對此，描述瞭實時髮電計劃安全校覈的實現方法、技術特點和校覈步驟等內容。在廣東電網中調的實際應用錶明，髮電計劃安全校覈可以在節能髮電調度的同時有效保障電力繫統的安全運行，具有重要的安全意義。

Energy saving generating dispatching is not only aimed at targets of energy saving and environmental protection, but also ensuring safe operation of the power system. It is important to conduct safety check on energy saving generating plan after adjustment for guaranteeing safe operation of the system. Aiming at the above problems,this paper introduces re-alization method,technical characteristics and check steps of real-time generating planning safety check. Practical applica-tion in dispatching control center of Guangdong power grid indicated that generating planning safety check was able to real-ize energy saving generating dispatching and effectively ensure safe operation of the power system at the same time which meant important safety meaning.
