惠州蓄能发电厂发电机组压水回水系统在运行中出现压水过量、回水慢、回水时机组振动噪声加剧、压水容量受限等现象,通过对比分析和试验等方法,确认该系统存在压水进气阀节流片孔径过大、压水时间短、排气管直径小、阀门密封不严且不牢固等缺陷,采取了缩小节流片孔径、加固阀盖、调整阀门密封间隙等措施,并优化控制程序使压水进气时间和排气时间延长。改造后机组运行平稳,工况转换迅速,满足电网调度的要求。

혜주축능발전엄발전궤조압수회수계통재운행중출현압수과량、회수만、회수시궤조진동조성가극、압수용량수한등현상,통과대비분석화시험등방법,학인해계통존재압수진기벌절류편공경과대、압수시간단、배기관직경소、벌문밀봉불엄차불뢰고등결함,채취료축소절류편공경、가고벌개、조정벌문밀봉간극등조시,병우화공제정서사압수진기시간화배기시간연장。개조후궤조운행평은,공황전환신속,만족전망조도적요구。
Aiming at problems of intensified unit oscillation noise and restricted pressure water capacity when excessive pres-sure water,slow backwater and rewatering happening to the pressure water and return system of generating unit in Huizhou pumped storage power station in its operation,defects such as oversize bore diameter of throttle slice of pressure water inlet valve,short pressure water time,small diameter of exhaust pipe,untight and loose valve sealing were discovered existing in the system by means of comparison analysis and experiment. By adopting measures including reducing bore diameter of throttle slice,strengthening valve deck,adjusting valve sealing clearance and so on,meanwhile optimizing the control pro-gram,it was able to extend pressure water inlet time and exhausting time. The reformed unit was running stably and working conditions were able to be transformed rapidly which might satisfy requirements for power grid dispatching.
