以某发电用多级轴流压气机为研究对象,利用三维数值模拟方法对比抽气压气机及未抽气压气机,研究级间抽气对压气机总体性能及叶栅流场的影响。结果表明,级间抽气对整个压气机的总体性能有较大影响,对抽气口上游叶栅后半段特别是靠机匣区域影响较大,叶栅进口高速区域面积明显增大,下游叶栅机匣 S1流面整体压力下降,上游叶栅低压区域明显下降且低压面积增大。
以某髮電用多級軸流壓氣機為研究對象,利用三維數值模擬方法對比抽氣壓氣機及未抽氣壓氣機,研究級間抽氣對壓氣機總體性能及葉柵流場的影響。結果錶明,級間抽氣對整箇壓氣機的總體性能有較大影響,對抽氣口上遊葉柵後半段特彆是靠機匣區域影響較大,葉柵進口高速區域麵積明顯增大,下遊葉柵機匣 S1流麵整體壓力下降,上遊葉柵低壓區域明顯下降且低壓麵積增大。

Taking some generating multistage axial compressor as a research object and using 3D numerical simulating method for comparing air exhausting compressor and none air exhausting compressor,impact on overall performance of the com-pressor and flow-field of the blade grid was studied. Results indicated that air exhausting between stages had larger impact on overall performance of the whole compressor and second half of upstream blade grid of the air exhausting opening especial the area close to compressor casing. It was found that high speed area size of blade grid entrance was obviously increasing and integral pressure of S1 flow surface of downstream blade grid casing was decreasing. In addition,low pressure area of upstream blade grid was obviously decreasing and low pressure size was increasing as well.
