本文结合国家电网公司大检修对特高压变电站巡检及运维的要求，进行了特高压变电站智能巡检系统功能设计和软件设计，定义了系统的框架结构，对实现痕迹化管理的智能巡检业务的实施过程进行了分析，对系统软硬件选型及数据库建模设计进行了说明。
本文結閤國傢電網公司大檢脩對特高壓變電站巡檢及運維的要求，進行瞭特高壓變電站智能巡檢繫統功能設計和軟件設計，定義瞭繫統的框架結構，對實現痕跡化管理的智能巡檢業務的實施過程進行瞭分析，對繫統軟硬件選型及數據庫建模設計進行瞭說明。

This paper focus on the UHV substation inspection and monitoring requirements in state grid company's integrated maintenance mode,gives the function design and software design of intelligent inspection and monitoring system for UHV substation,deifnes the system structure and framework,analyses the detail information of traced intelligent inspection and monitoring task,and also shows the software and hardware choice method and DB schema design.
