In recent years,corporate governance-related information has increased day by day,and the interrelationship of information become complexity,what gives the business decision makers and managers challenges,but also provided opportunities.As computer technology rapidly developing,this paper has been ableto use computers to complex information classification,aggregation,enquiries,forecasting,in order to support decision-making enterprises,of the overall enterprise management software are related,but the facts prove that the generic software can not solve all enterprises,we still need to develop customized for different enterprise needs.Enterprise management software to support business decision-making,it must meet requirements of the enterprise business logic and to safety,timeliness requirements are quite stringent,so we must thoroughly understand their internal business logic,while also developing proifciency in the relevant technologies.
