试验优选了碱水提取法提取复方灵丹胶囊中灵芝多糖的最佳工艺。以总多糖的含量为考察指标,采用单因素法和正交试验法确定方中灵芝多糖最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为加10倍于药材量的水(pH=9)煎煮2次,每次1.0 h。该提取工艺操作简单、稳定可行,适合于产业化生产,并具有良好的应用前景。
試驗優選瞭堿水提取法提取複方靈丹膠囊中靈芝多糖的最佳工藝。以總多糖的含量為攷察指標,採用單因素法和正交試驗法確定方中靈芝多糖最佳提取工藝。結果最佳提取工藝為加10倍于藥材量的水(pH=9)煎煮2次,每次1.0 h。該提取工藝操作簡單、穩定可行,適閤于產業化生產,併具有良好的應用前景。

To optimize the extraction technology of effective fraction of Ganoderma lucidum. To regard the contents of total polysaccharides as the examinational indicators, to decide the extraction methods by L9 (34) orthogonal test and single factor method for total polysaccharides components of Ganoderma lucidum. The optimal extraction of total polysaccharides in Ganoderma lucidum is medicinal materials plus 10 times the amount of water (pH=9), extract twice and 1.0 h per time. The optimum extraction technology of total polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum is simple, stable and feasible, suitable for industrial production, and has a good prospect.
