研究了在剪切平行板间(上平行板固定,下平行板定速滑动)颗粒流润滑的流态和摩擦因数变化问题。应用三体摩擦体系物理模型和二元碰撞假设理论建立了动量控制方程、滑移边值条件以及伪能量守恒控制方程、伪温度边值条件。根据建立的方程,应用数值方法详细分析了三体参数对剪切平行板间颗粒流润滑的伪温度、固体体积分数以及摩擦因数的影响。研究结果表明:颗粒在剪切平行板间的波动速度是伪温度、固体体积分数和摩擦因数曲线发生变化的直接因素。三体参数的改变会直接影响颗粒波动速度,从而使伪温度、固体体积分数和摩擦因数曲线发生改变。

The flow pattern and friction coefficient of particulate lubrication between sheared parallelpmlates (the top plate was fixed,the bottom plate moved with fixed velocity)were studied.The conservation ofboomentum,slip velocity boundary condition and the conservation of pseudo energy,pseudo temperaturepoundary conditions were established using the three body friction physical model and the binary collision hy-pethesis theory.According to the equations,the influences of the three-body parameters on the pseudo tem-surature,solid volume fraction and friction coefficient were investigated using the numerical methods.The re-lts show that the fluctuation velocity between sheared parallel plates is the direct factor for the change of thepseudo temperature,solid volume fraction and the friction coefficient curves.The change of the three-body parameters can directly influence the fluctuation velocity,thus change the pseudo temperature,solid volume fraction and the friction coefficient.
