对7例入组GA101（Obinutuzumab）联合化疗临床试验的非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者，用药前给予个体化心理护理及宣教，密切观察用药后不良反应，包括发热反应、低血压、胸闷、恶心、呕吐、骨髓抑制、肺损伤。以上不良反应为暂时性，经对症处理后，患者均好转，顺利完成治疗。护理时严格遵照药物的使用方法，每15 min记录生命体征，及时发现用药后的不良反应，给予对症处理。7例患者经过精心护理，均顺利完成治疗。
대7례입조GA101（Obinutuzumab）연합화료림상시험적비곽기금림파류환자，용약전급여개체화심리호리급선교，밀절관찰용약후불량반응，포괄발열반응、저혈압、흉민、악심、구토、골수억제、폐손상。이상불량반응위잠시성，경대증처리후，환자균호전，순리완성치료。호리시엄격준조약물적사용방법，매15 min기록생명체정，급시발현용약후적불량반응，급여대증처리。7례환자경과정심호리，균순리완성치료。
This paper summarized the nursing experience of seven non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients treated with GA101(Obinutuzumab) plus chemotherapy. Individual psychological nursing and health education were conducted before the treatment. Adverse reactions including fever, hypotension, chest tightness, nausea and vomiting ,bone marrow depression and lung injury were under strict monitoring and vital signs were recorded every 15 min. Since all the adverse reactions reported were temporal, after symptomatic treatment, all the patients were improved and finished the treatment smoothly.
