目的:探讨基于模拟面试的对话教学在《护理管理学》教学中的应用与效果评价。方法选取2011级在校护理本科生,以护理管理学中重要管理环节及内容为主题词,以小组为单位进行模拟面试,面试内容与主题词相关,考察学生的综合能力。制定教学效果评价问卷,于教学活动结束后发放问卷,调查学生对该教学方法的评价和教学效果。结果基于模拟面试的对话教学增加了《护理管理学》教学的生动性,增加了学生的积极性、参与性、主动性和互动性,更有利于知识的理解、掌握和融会贯通,更有利于学生对护理专业的了解、将来工作中实际问题的解决;通过模拟面试,不同角色的面试小组成员的语言表达能力(P=0.049)和应变能力(P=0.002)的提高存在统计学差异。结论相对于传统理论教学,基于模拟面试的对话教学在《护理管理学》教学中的应用受到了学生的好评;护理教育者要注意与学生的沟通方式,注意模拟面试中角色分配的均衡。

Objective To explore the effects of mock interview-based dialogue teaching in Nursing Management. Methods Nursing undergraduates of 2011 were divided into a number of groups to have mock interviews which focused on the keywords of critical links in Nursing Management and students’ comprehensive ability of each group were evaluated. After the teaching, a self-designed teaching effect questionnaire was applied to survey the evaluation of the teaching effects. Results Mock interview-based dialogue teaching increased the teaching vitality of Nursing Management. There are more students’ participation and interaction between students and teachers in the teaching, which benefited the understanding, mastering and integrating of knowledge thus students had a deep understanding about their major and the problems would occur in future jobs. In mock interview, statistical difference was found in the aspects of verbal skill (P=0.049)and response capability (P=0.002) of different roles of the groups. Conclusion Compared with conventional theoretic teaching, dialogue teaching based on mock interview in Nursing Management is well received among students;Nursing educators should pay attention to the communication with students and the balance of role assignments.
