过继免疫治疗方法是目前肿瘤生物治疗的研究热点之一。细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞（cytokine induced kiler cels,CIK）是继LAK、TIL、CD3AK细胞之后，具有细胞增殖能力高、肿瘤杀伤能力强等特点的新一代过继免疫抗肿瘤细胞，可有效杀灭患者术后和放化疗后体能残留的微小病灶，具有特异性强、适用性广、副作用轻等优点。而树突状细胞（dendritic cels,DC）是已知的功能最强的专职抗原递呈细胞，在抗原递呈、识别及T细胞激活中发挥重要作用。所以DC联合CIK进行免疫治疗日益受到人们的关注，它具有针对性、全面性、持久性、彻底性、广泛性、安全性等优势，能准确、高效的杀伤肿瘤细胞。本文就其研究进展作一简单综述。

Cytokine-induced kiler (CIK)cels as LAK、TIL、CD3AK cels represent a realistic new option of adoptive immunity against tumor cels,have high capacity of cellproliferation, tumor kiling ability ,which can effectivelyremnants of kil smal lesions after surgery and radiation and chemotherapy ,with strong specificity, wide applicability, light side effects in the field of cancer immunotherapy.Dendritic cels (DC) are professional APCs that regulate innate and adaptive immunity.So DC co-cultured with CIK led to new strategies through combining adoptive and passive immunotherapy have advantages like targeted, comprehensive, persistence, thoroughness, universality, security and so on.The article discusses the prospects of DC with CIKas feasible and effective adoptive immunotherapy against tumor cels.
