目的：探讨护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗效果及依从性的影响。方法：通过对2011年4月至2013年4月在我院进行治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病的80例患者，随机进行分组，分为对照组和实验组，两组的患者均为40例，其中对照组患者仅给予常规护理，实验组患者在常规护理的基础上给予护理干预。比较两组患者的疗效、依从性及急性发作率的差别。结果：实验组患者住院时间较对照组患者显著缩短( P<0.05)，症状缓解较对照组患者明显升高( P<0.05)，依从性较对照组患者均显著提高( P<0.05)，急性发作率较对照组患者明显降低( P<0.05)。结论：对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者运用护理干预提高疗效和依从性，降低急性发作率，提高患者的生活质量，取得良好的护理效果，临床值得推广。
목적：탐토호리간예대만성조새성폐질병환자치료효과급의종성적영향。방법：통과대2011년4월지2013년4월재아원진행치료적만성조새성폐질병적80례환자，수궤진행분조，분위대조조화실험조，량조적환자균위40례，기중대조조환자부급여상규호리，실험조환자재상규호리적기출상급여호리간예。비교량조환자적료효、의종성급급성발작솔적차별。결과：실험조환자주원시간교대조조환자현저축단( P<0.05)，증상완해교대조조환자명현승고( P<0.05)，의종성교대조조환자균현저제고( P<0.05)，급성발작솔교대조조환자명현강저( P<0.05)。결론：대만성조새성폐질병환자운용호리간예제고료효화의종성，강저급성발작솔，제고환자적생활질량，취득량호적호리효과，림상치득추엄。
Objective: Explore the nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and treatment effect on compliance. Methods: Through April 2011 to April 2013 in our hospital for treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, 80 patients were randomly grouped into control and experimental groups, two groups of patients were 40 cases , only one of the patients in the control group received routine care, the experimental group were given routine nursing care intervention basis. Comparison of efficacy of the two groups of patients, compliance and acute exacerbation rate differences. Results: The patient hospitalization time than the control group of patients was significantly shorter (P<0.05), symptom relief compared with the control group of patients was significantly higher (P <0.05), adherence than the control group patients were significantly increased (P<0.05), acute attack rates were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease using nursing interventions to improve efficacy and compliance, reduce acute exacerbation rate and improve the quality of life of patients achieved good results nursing, clinical worthy of promotion.
