为了提高自动裁床的生产效率和节约布料,结合布料本身特性和裁床裁刀的结构特性,研究了裁刀转角切割的特点,提出一种改进自动裁床转角切割控制和裁刀刀具补偿算法。该方法利用裁刀自身的刚度自动推挤布料,旋转切割过程中始终保持裁刀刀尖在切割轨迹上,刀尾在切割前的轨迹上。该算法解决了传统旋转切割方式存在工作不连续,切割布料浪费严重,保持了传统方式的优点,同时避免了他们存在的缺点。实践结果表明,该算法提高了生产效率,节约了生产布料。

In order to improve the production efficiency of automatic cutter and save fabric,the corner cutting characteris-tics of the cutting knife are studied,and an improved automatic cutter corner-cutting control and compensation algorithm is pro-posed in combination with the characteristics of the fabric and the cutting knife structure. In the algorithm,the stiffness of the cutting knife is utilized to automatically pushed fabrics,In the whole rotary cutting process,the knife tip is kept on the cutting trajectory and knife tail at the cutted track. The algorithm has solved the discontinuousness and serious waste of the cutted fabric of the traditional corner-cutting mode while keeping the advantages of the traditional mode. The experiment results show that the algorithm improves production efficiency and saves material .
