目的:探讨3D-TOF磁共振血管造影(MRA)成像在头部血管疾病中的临床应用价值。方法采用GE 1.5 T 超导型磁共振对645例脑血管疾病患者进行常规MRI即MRA检查。结果血管正常107例,脑动脉硬化125例,脑动脉栓塞376例,脑动脉瘤26例,脑动静脉血管畸形11例。结论3D-TOF MRA成像是一种简便且无创伤性的检查手段,具有较高的临床应用价值。

목적:탐토3D-TOF자공진혈관조영(MRA)성상재두부혈관질병중적림상응용개치。방법채용GE 1.5 T 초도형자공진대645례뇌혈관질병환자진행상규MRI즉MRA검사。결과혈관정상107례,뇌동맥경화125례,뇌동맥전새376례,뇌동맥류26례,뇌동정맥혈관기형11례。결론3D-TOF MRA성상시일충간편차무창상성적검사수단,구유교고적림상응용개치。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of 3D-TOF magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) in cerebrovascular disease.Methods Conventional MRI and MRA examination were performed in 645 patients by GE 1.5T superconducting type magnetic resonance machine.Results Among the 645 cases of cerebralvascular disease, there were 107 cases of normal blood vessels, 125 cases of cerebral arteriosclerosis, 376 cases of cerebral artery embolization, 26 cases of cerebral aneurysms, and 11 cases of arteriovenous malformation of the brain.Conclusion 3D-TOF MRA is a simple and noninvasive examination method, which has an important value in clinic application.
