目的:探讨采用经皮微创接骨板内固定术治疗四肢骨折的方法和临床效果。方法回顾性分析2012年6月~2013年6月在我院采用经皮微创接骨板内固定术治疗的59例四肢骨折患者临床资料。结果所有患者术后均获随访6~l2个月,平均11个月;X线骨痂形成出现时间平均4周;全部骨性愈合,临床愈合时间10~16周;无并发症发生。1年后对患肢功能进行评价,优43例、良11例,优良率为91.5%。结论经皮微创接骨板内固定术符合生物接骨原则,避免了切开复位及髓内钉的弊端,具有适应性广、术中创伤小、术后骨折愈合快且并发症少等优点,可作为治疗四肢骨折的首选方法,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective Explore the extremities fractures treated by percutaneous minimaly invasive bone plate fixation method and clinical effect.Methods Were retrospectively analyzed in June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital by percutaneous minimaly invasive bone plate internal fixation treatment of clinical data of 59 patients with fracture of limbs. Result Al patients have been folowed up for 6 ~ l2 months postoperatively, an average of 11 months; X-ray bone calus formation occurrence time average 4 weeks; Al osseous healing, clinical healing time 10 ~ 16 weeks; No complications occurred. Evaluate the limb function 1 years later, Excelent in 43 cases, good in 11 cases, the excelent and good rate was 91.5%. Conclusion Percutaneous minimaly invasive bone plate fixation in accordance with the principle of biological osteosynthesis, avoids the disadvantages of open reduction and intramedulary nail, has wide adaptability, intraoperative smal trauma, postoperative fracture healing fast, and the advantages of less complications, can be used as the preferred method of extremities fractures treated by and is worth wide application in the clinical practice.
