目的:探讨输血次数与不规则抗体阳性率关系。方法进行不规则抗体检测的输血患者5846例,按输血次数分为≥3次者3287例,3次以下者2559例,采用卡式凝胶法检测患者血型不规则抗体,同时对患者进行输血史调查。结果5846例患者中,不规则抗体阳性患者41例,其中同种特异性抗体34例,自身抗体7例,总阳性率约0.70%。多次输血患者(≥3次)阳性率0.94%与3次以下患者阳性率0.39%相比差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.30, P<0.05)。结论输血次数与不规则抗体的产生具有相关性,不规则抗体阳性率随输血次数增多而增加。

목적:탐토수혈차수여불규칙항체양성솔관계。방법진행불규칙항체검측적수혈환자5846례,안수혈차수분위≥3차자3287례,3차이하자2559례,채용잡식응효법검측환자혈형불규칙항체,동시대환자진행수혈사조사。결과5846례환자중,불규칙항체양성환자41례,기중동충특이성항체34례,자신항체7례,총양성솔약0.70%。다차수혈환자(≥3차)양성솔0.94%여3차이하환자양성솔0.39%상비차이구유통계학의의(χ2=6.30, P<0.05)。결론수혈차수여불규칙항체적산생구유상관성,불규칙항체양성솔수수혈차수증다이증가。
Objective To investigate the relationship between blood transfusion times and positive rate of irregular antibody.Methods A total of 5846 blood transfusion patients received irregular antibody test were divided into two groups according to the transfusion times. There were 3287 cases with≥3 times of blood transfusion, and 2559 cases with less than 3 times. Irregular antibody was detected by cassette gel method, and the patients’ history of blood transfusion was analyzed.Results In the 5846 cases, there were 41 cases with positive irregular antibody. Among them, there were 34 cases with the same specific antibody and 7 patients with autoantibody, and the total positive rate was 0.70%. The positive rates of repeatedly transfusion patients (≥3times) was 0.94%, and that of patients with transfusion below 3 times was 0.39%. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (χ2=6.30, P<0.05).Conclusion Blood transfusion times are associated with the generation of irregular antibodies. The positive rate of irregular antibody increases with the increasing times of blood transfusion.
