目的：观察地佐辛用于老年骨科患者术后自控静脉镇痛的安全性及临床效果。方法：选择98例年龄在60-75岁的老年骨科患者为观察对象，A S A为Ⅰ-Ⅱ级，均采用患者自控镇痛（PCA）电子泵。随机分为两组，对照组49例用舒芬太尼100μg +生理盐水至100ml，观察组49例用地佐辛40mg+生理盐水至100ml。观察两组患者术6h、12h、24h、48h的镇痛评分、镇静评分、不良反应，记录患者在48h内按压镇痛泵总次数。结果：两组患者术后生命体征平稳，镇痛效果、镇静效果均较好，48h内按压镇痛泵总次数无明显差异，但是观察组不良反应发生率为4%，对照组发生率为22.4%，两组差异较明显。结论：地佐辛用于老年骨科患者术后自控静脉镇痛，镇痛效果确切，安全性高。

목적：관찰지좌신용우노년골과환자술후자공정맥진통적안전성급림상효과。방법：선택98례년령재60-75세적노년골과환자위관찰대상，A S A위Ⅰ-Ⅱ급，균채용환자자공진통（PCA）전자빙。수궤분위량조，대조조49례용서분태니100μg +생리염수지100ml，관찰조49례용지좌신40mg+생리염수지100ml。관찰량조환자술6h、12h、24h、48h적진통평분、진정평분、불량반응，기록환자재48h내안압진통빙총차수。결과：량조환자술후생명체정평은，진통효과、진정효과균교호，48h내안압진통빙총차수무명현차이，단시관찰조불량반응발생솔위4%，대조조발생솔위22.4%，량조차이교명현。결론：지좌신용우노년골과환자술후자공정맥진통，진통효과학절，안전성고。
Objective: To investigate the effects of dezocine in elderly patients in Department of orthopedics observation of postoperative patient-controled intravenous analgesia efficacy and safety. Methods: 98 cases of 60-75 years of age in the elderly patients in Department of orthopedics for observation object, ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ, using patient-controled analgesia (PCA) pump. Were randomly divided into two groups, 49 cases in the control group with sufentanil 100μg + normal saline to 100ml, 49 cases were treated with dezocine 40mg+ physiological saline to 100ml. Pain scores were observed in two groups of patients with 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h, sedation score, adverse reactions were recorded in 48h, press the total number of analgesic pump. Results: the two groups of patients with stable vital signs, sedative effect, analgesic effect is good, no significant difference between the total number of pressing the analgesia pump 48h, but the observation group the incidence of adverse reaction was 4%, control group, the incidence rate was 22.4%, the difference between the two groups were more obvious. Conclusion: elderly patients in Department of orthopedics of dezocine for postoperative patient-controled intravenous analgesia, analgesic effect, high safety.
