Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn%Myocardial ischemia%Cardiac protection
目的:探讨中药白花前胡对急性心肌缺血的作用。方法:采用垂体后叶素(pituitrin, Pit)诱发制作小鼠急性心肌缺血模型,结扎冠状动脉制作大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察白花前胡提取物(BQ)对小鼠/大鼠急性心肌缺血后心电图T波和ST段的影响,以及对血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。结果:心电图显示:不同剂量BQ 0.5,1.0,2.0 g.kg-1(折生药)可以使Pit诱发的小鼠抬高的T波降低,其中诱发后5 min,BQ 1.0和2.0 g.kg-1分别使抬高的T波幅度由模型组的0.129±0.055 mV 降低至0.035±0.043 mV(p<0.01)和0.003±0.060 mV(p<0.001);结扎大鼠冠状动脉10 min,不同剂量BQ 1.0,2.5,5.0 g.kg-1分别使大鼠ST段抬高幅度由模型组0.335±0.104 mV 降低至0.157±0.131(p<0.05),0.037±0.029(p<0.01),0.075±0.071 mV (p<0.01)。此外,白花前胡提取物(BQ)增加了血清SOD活性,减少了MDA的水平。结论:白花前胡对小鼠/大鼠急性心肌缺血具有保护作用。

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn, a Chinese traditional medicine, on acute myocardial ischemia. METHODS: Acute myocardial ischemic models were induced by pituitrin (Pit) in mice and ligation of coronary artery in rats, respectively. RESULTS: The results showed that Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn BQ extracts 0.5,1.0,2.0 g.kg-1(equivalent to crude drug)ip markedly reduced the raise of T wave in mice, at 5 min after induction, BQ 1.0 and 2.0 g.kg-1 lowered the amplitude of T waves from 0.129±0.055 mV of the model controls to 0.035±0.043 mV(p<0.01)or 0.003±0.060 mV(p<0.001), respectively;Also, at 10 min after ligationof coronary artery in rats,BQ 1.0, 2.5, 5.0 g.kg-1 lowered the amplitude of T waves from 0.335±0.104 mV to 0.157±0.131(p<0.05), 0.037±0.029(p<0.01),0.075±0.071 mV (p<0.01), respectively. In addition, BQ had effects including increase of serum SOD activity and reduction of MDA level. CONCLUSION: BQ have protective effects on acure myocardial ischemia models.
