目地：探讨颈部银质针治疗在颈源性头痛中的作用。方法：对200例颈源性头痛患者随机分为两组，治疗组：采用银质针导热治疗160例，对照组例：采用中药通窍活血汤治疗40例。比较治疗后患者的自觉症状（疼痛消失、好转、显效、无效）情况。结果显示：用银质针治疗治愈率为75％，中药药物治疗治愈率为37．5％。
목지：탐토경부은질침치료재경원성두통중적작용。방법：대200례경원성두통환자수궤분위량조，치료조：채용은질침도열치료160례，대조조례：채용중약통규활혈탕치료40례。비교치료후환자적자각증상（동통소실、호전、현효、무효）정황。결과현시：용은질침치료치유솔위75％，중약약물치료치유솔위37．5％。
purpose:To investigate the neck silver needle therapy on cervicogenic headache in the role of .Methods :200 patients with cervicogenic headache patients were randomly divided into two groups ,treatment group with the use of thermal silver needle therapy in 160 cases ,the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine of Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction in the treatment of 40 cases .Patients with symptoms after treat-ment (pain ,improved ,markedly effective ,ineffective) situation .The results show :the silver needle therapy cure rate is 75% ,traditional Chinese medicine for treating the cure rate was 37 .5% .
