目的:通过建立上矢状窦(SSS)血栓形成的动物模型,并进行溶栓、抗凝治疗,观察其治疗效果。方法:清洁级青紫蓝大白兔分三组:A组为对照组;B、C两组分别为经颈动脉、SSS溶栓治疗组。第一步用可吸收缝线结扎及用血管夹夹闭SSS制作颅内静脉窦血栓形成(CVST)动物模型,经两种途径溶栓治疗CVST,检测目标静脉窦血流速度、窦旁脑组织含水量、血流变,随后进行抗凝维持治疗。1个月后行DSA及经颅多普勒(TCD)检查。结果:新动物模型可重复、稳定建立。C组脑组织含水量、基底静脉血流速度与A、B两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C两组血流变均有变化,但差异不明显;C组远期静脉窦血流再通比例优于B组。结论:该动物模型模拟SSS血栓形成,可满足CVST实验研究的需要;直接静脉窦途径溶栓治疗CVST近、远期效果优于经颈动脉途径溶栓。

목적:통과건립상시상두(SSS)혈전형성적동물모형,병진행용전、항응치료,관찰기치료효과。방법:청길급청자람대백토분삼조:A조위대조조;B、C량조분별위경경동맥、SSS용전치료조。제일보용가흡수봉선결찰급용혈관협협폐SSS제작로내정맥두혈전형성(CVST)동물모형,경량충도경용전치료CVST,검측목표정맥두혈류속도、두방뇌조직함수량、혈류변,수후진행항응유지치료。1개월후행DSA급경로다보륵(TCD)검사。결과:신동물모형가중복、은정건립。C조뇌조직함수량、기저정맥혈류속도여A、B량조비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);B、C량조혈류변균유변화,단차이불명현;C조원기정맥두혈류재통비례우우B조。결론:해동물모형모의SSS혈전형성,가만족CVST실험연구적수요;직접정맥두도경용전치료CVST근、원기효과우우경경동맥도경용전。
Objective:To study the effects of injection of urokinase and anticoagulation in treatment of CVST with new animal models. Method:Clean level chinchilla white rabbits were divided into three groups:the group A as the control group;the group B and C were respectively by the carotid artery,SSS thrombolysis treatment group. First step with absorbable suture ligation and with vascular clamp GaBi SSS made intracranial venous sinus thrombosis(CVST)animal model,the two ways of CVST thrombolysis treatment,detection target sinus blood flow velocity,sinus brain tissue water content,hemorrheology and subsequent anticoagulant therapy to maintain. 1 month after DSA and transcranial doppler (TCD)examination. Result:The new animal model was performed with good reproducibility and stability. The brain water content,basal veins blood flow velocity of the group C were significantly lower than those of the group B and the control group A(P<0.05);the hemorrheology in the group B and C were changed,but the differences were not obvious. After venous sinus blood flow recanalization rate of the Group C was better than that the group B. Conclusion:The new animal model resemble clinical CVST,thus being approriate for the the experiment research of CVST. Thrombelysis via superior sagittal sinus is better than thrombelysis via carotid artery.
