目的：探讨冠心丹参滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择本中心2O1O 年2月-2O12年2月诊治的不稳定型心绞痛患者8O 例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组4O 例。对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予冠心丹参滴丸。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后治疗组心电图改善的总有效率为82.5%高于对照组的67.5%，差异有统计学意义（P < O. O5）。治疗后治疗组临床症状改善的总有效率为9O. O%高于对照组的72.5%，差异有统计学意义（P < O. O5）。两组患者不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义（ P> O. O5）。结论冠心丹参滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果显著，值得临床广泛推广。

O5）。치료후치료조림상증상개선적총유효솔위9O. O%고우대조조적72.5%，차이유통계학의의（P < O. O5）。량조환자불량반응비교，차이무통계학의의（ P> O. O5）。결론관심단삼적환치료불은정형심교통적림상효과현저，치득림상엄범추엄。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of Guanxin Danshen pill in the treatment of unstable angina. Methods 8O unstable angina patients in our hospital from February 2O1O to February 2O12 were divided into control group and treatment group,4O cases in each group. Control group was treated with conventional therapy,treatment group was treated with Guanxin Danshen pill on the basis of the control group,the clinical effect and adverse reaction of two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of ECG improvement in treatment group was 82. 5% ,which was higher than 67. 5% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < O. O5);The total efficiency of clinical improvement in treatment group was 9O. O% ,which was higher than 72. 5% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < O. O5);The ad-verse reaction of two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P > O. O5). Conclusion Guanxin Danshen pill has a significant effect in the treatment of unstable angina,which is worthy of clinical widely.
