对复合型洗涤冷却室内气相液滴夹带过程进行了冷态实验研究。考察了气体速度、雾化器的出水流速、降膜冷却水流量、雾化器空间位置等因素对气相液滴夹带分率的影响规律。研究结果表明,液滴夹带分率随床层表观气速、冷却水流速的增加均呈上升趋势,而其在径向上的分布相对较为均匀;雾化器数量从2个增为4个将使液滴夹带量降低约40%,即增加雾化器数量能有效降低气相的液滴夹带分率。通过实验数据拟合得出冷却室内液滴夹带分率与条件参数的经验关联式。
對複閤型洗滌冷卻室內氣相液滴夾帶過程進行瞭冷態實驗研究。攷察瞭氣體速度、霧化器的齣水流速、降膜冷卻水流量、霧化器空間位置等因素對氣相液滴夾帶分率的影響規律。研究結果錶明,液滴夾帶分率隨床層錶觀氣速、冷卻水流速的增加均呈上升趨勢,而其在徑嚮上的分佈相對較為均勻;霧化器數量從2箇增為4箇將使液滴夾帶量降低約40%,即增加霧化器數量能有效降低氣相的液滴夾帶分率。通過實驗數據擬閤得齣冷卻室內液滴夾帶分率與條件參數的經驗關聯式。

A cold mode experimental device was established for studying the droplet entrainment in the novel composite quench chamber. The effect of droplet entrainment on superficial gas velocity, nozzle flow velocity, cooling water flow and radial position was investigated. The experimental results show that droplet entrainment increases with the increase of superficial gas velocity and flow rate, while there has no significantly change in the radial direction of chamber. The droplet entrainment is decreased by about 40 percent when the number of nozzles increased from two to four. The increasing nozzle number can make the droplet well-distributed and reduce droplet entrainment. Meanwhile, an empirical correlation for droplet entrainment fraction and experimental parameters was also achieved .
