提高磨煤机出口温度具有显著的经济性,磨煤机内风煤混合的安全性是决定磨煤机出口温度设定值的关键性因素。为了获得中速磨煤机内部一次风与煤粉的动态换热特性,选取 HP863碗式中速磨煤机作为对象,采用数值模拟与现场试验相结合的方法进行研究。数值模拟研究了磨煤机内部整体的温度分布,并得到了风煤换热的关键区域;现场试验则针对这一换热的关键区域布置温度测点,测量稳态温度场。研究结果表明,中速磨煤机内部一次风与煤粉的激烈换热过程集中在风煤混合接触后很小的一块区域内,热风温度下降100℃的激烈换热距离约60mm,激烈换热时间仅约0.001s;从一次风与煤粉接触开始,在约240mm的距离内,风煤混合物的温度迅速降低至接近控制的磨煤机出口温度值。

Improving the medium speed mill outlet temperature has significant economy for power plant. The safety of the mixing process of gas-solid is the key factor to set the outlet temperature.The dynamic heat transfer characteristics of gas-solid in HP863 medium speed mill was studied with numerical simulation and performance tests. The temperature fields in the mill were analyzed by numerical simulation first, and then the critical region of heat transfer was obtained. The practical temperature fields inthe critical region were measured on a running mill. The comprehensive results show that the intense heat transfer concentrate in a rather small region after the mixing of hot air and pulverized coal. The gas-solid mixed temperature decrease 100℃ within about 60mm and 0.001s. The mixed temperature reduce to mill outlet temperature within 240mm after the mixing of hot air and pulverized coal.
