[目的]了解护理人员实施健康教育后对其效果的评价现状,分析影响护理人员健康教育评价的因素,为制定健康教育评价标准提供依据。[方法]采用自行设计的问卷对某三级甲等医院临床护理人员1013人进行问卷调查。[结果]护理人员健康教育评价得分为(20.10±3.53)分。年龄、民族、科室、学历、职称、工作年限影响护理人员对健康教育的评价,多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、科室为影响因素。[结论]护理人员健康教育评价现状受多方面的影响,护理管理者应给予足够的重视,以提高护理人员健康教育评价能力。

Objective:To know about the status quo of evaluation of nurses after the implementation of health education and to analyze the influencing factors of evaluation of nursing staff on health education ,so as to provide evidences for making health education evaluation criteria .Methods :A total of 1 013 nursing staff in certain three grade class A hospital were investiga-ted by using self designed questionnaire .Results :The score of health ed-ucation evaluation of nursing staff was 20 .10 ± 3 .53 .Age ,nationality ,de-partments ,educational background ,professional title ,working years can in-fluence evaluation of nursing staff on health education .Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that age and department were the main influen-cing factors .Conclusion :T he status quo of nurses’ health education evalua-tion is affected by many factors .Nursing managers should give enough at-tention in order to improve the ability of health education evaluation of nursing staff .
