[目的]了解护士感知的护士长服务型领导行为、护士职业承诺现况,探讨护士长服务型领导与护士职业承诺的关系。[方法]采用问卷调查法,分层整群抽取一级、二级、三级医院各两所,共对1511名护士进行问卷调查,应用护士长服务型领导行为量表、护士职业承诺量表和护士个人基本资料量表收集资料。[结果]护士长服务型领导行为处于较佳状态,护士职业承诺现状不太理想,处于中等水平,护士长服务型领导行为与护士职业承诺呈正相关,相关系数为0.623。[结论]推行、优化护士长服务型领导行为可提高护士职业承诺,达到机构与个人的双赢,从而为病人提供优质的服务。

[목적]료해호사감지적호사장복무형령도행위、호사직업승낙현황,탐토호사장복무형령도여호사직업승낙적관계。[방법]채용문권조사법,분층정군추취일급、이급、삼급의원각량소,공대1511명호사진행문권조사,응용호사장복무형령도행위량표、호사직업승낙량표화호사개인기본자료량표수집자료。[결과]호사장복무형령도행위처우교가상태,호사직업승낙현상불태이상,처우중등수평,호사장복무형령도행위여호사직업승낙정정상관,상관계수위0.623。[결론]추행、우화호사장복무형령도행위가제고호사직업승낙,체도궤구여개인적쌍영,종이위병인제공우질적복무。
Objective:To know about the status quo of nurses’ perception of service oriented leadership behaviors of head nurses and nurses ’ occupa-tional commitment ,so as to probe into relationship between service oriented leadership behaviors of head nurses and nurses’ occupational commitment . Methods :By adopting questionnaires and stratified cluster sampling to select each of two hospitals from one ,two and three grade hospitals ,and a total of 1 511 nurses received a questionnaire survey .T he head nurse’s service o-riented leadership behavior scale ,nurses’ occupational commitment scale and nurses basic personal information scale were used to collect all data .Results :Service oriented leadership behaviors of head nurses were in a better state . The status quo of nurses’ occupational commitment was not ideal and at a medium level .Nurse service oriented leadership behavior of head nurse was positively correlated with nurses’occupational commitment .The correlation coefficient was 0 .623 .Conclusion:Implementation and optimization of service oriented leadership behaviors of head nurse can increase nurses ’occupational commitment and achieve win win situation of institutions and individuals , so as to provide high quality of service for patients .
