目的：探讨连锁式和褥式缝线法手术治疗儿童先天性下睑内翻的疗效。方法回顾110例先天性下睑内翻手术病例，连锁式缝线法组64例（100眼），褥式缝线法组46例（72眼），分析两组病例的手术效果和远期复发率。结果连锁式缝线法组远期5眼复发，复发率5.0%；褥式缝线法组18眼复发，复发率25.0%，两组远期复发率的差异有统计学意义，χ2=34.305， P<0.005。结论连锁式缝线法手术治疗儿童先天性下睑内翻疗效好，远期复发率低。
목적：탐토련쇄식화욕식봉선법수술치료인동선천성하검내번적료효。방법회고110례선천성하검내번수술병례，련쇄식봉선법조64례（100안），욕식봉선법조46례（72안），분석량조병례적수술효과화원기복발솔。결과련쇄식봉선법조원기5안복발，복발솔5.0%；욕식봉선법조18안복발，복발솔25.0%，량조원기복발솔적차이유통계학의의，χ2=34.305， P<0.005。결론련쇄식봉선법수술치료인동선천성하검내번료효호，원기복발솔저。
Objective To study the effect of franchising suture surgery for congenital lid entropion of children. Methods 110 cases of congenital lid entropion were divided into two groups according to the surgical methods, 64 cases (100 eyes) were surgery by franchising suture method and 46 cases ( 72 eyes) were surgery by mattress suture method. An-alyzed the effects and the recurrent rate of two kinds of surgery. Results 5 eyes (5.0%) reoccurred entropion in franchising suture method group and 18 eyes (25.0%) reoccurred entropion in mattress suture method group. There was significant dif-ference of recurrence rate of entropion between two groups,χ2 =34.305, P< 0.005. Conclusions The franchising suture surgery is the effective treatment with low recurrence rate of entropion for congenital lid entropion.
