路面混合料的均匀性影响路面的路用性能和使用寿命。基于图像处理技术和 Python 程序语言,结合格子方差法提出颗粒分布离散系数作为均匀性评价指标。采用 CT扫描仪获取不同离析程度的集料截面图像,通过图像处理将集料按不同粒径范围分组,计算每档集料的离散系数,加权平均得出总离散系数;并将此评价指标应用于实际工程中。研究结果表明,用格子方差法计算得出的离散系数作为均匀性评价指标,能够定量地评价路面混合料的均匀性。通过试验研究给出路面混合料离析程度分类的建议值,为路面混合料的现场快速检测提供判定依据。

The pavement mechanical property and service life can be adversely influenced by pavement material uniformity.Dispersion coefficient as the uniformity evaluation index is put forward based on image processing technology and Python programming language combined with the grid variance method.The CT scanner was used to get the cross ~section images of multiple particle size aggregation and asphalt mixture after compacted.Aggregate was grouped according to the particle size range based on digital image processing methods.Dispersion coefficient of each group of aggregate was calculated.Then total dispersion coefficient of aggregate was obtained by weighted average.And this evaluation is used in the actual project.The results show that the dispersion coefficient was calculated by grid variance method as the uniformity evaluation index can quantitatively evaluate the uniformity of the pavement mix-ture.According to experimental study,the segregation degree classification suggested values of pavement mixture were given,which can provide the base of judgment of the pavement rapid detection.
