目的：探讨妊娠妇女孕晚期血糖水平对胎心监护评分的影响。方法对2010年3月至2012年5月来四川省人民医院城东病区待产的151例孕晚期妇女的临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据空腹血糖值水平将患者分为A组（46例）、B 组（46例）、C 组（59例），3组平均空腹血糖值分别为＜6 mmol/L、＜5 mmol/L、＜4 mmol/L。采用Kreb氏评分法，对患者胎心率波动情况进行监测。结果无应激试验（ non-stress test，NST）胎心监护评分A组无＜9分者，B组＜9分者23.91％，C组＜9分者47.46％（ P＜0.05）。 B、C组不同时间段餐后血糖水平及NST评分监测结果显示， NST评分随着餐后时间的延长、血糖水平下降逐渐降低（P＜0.05）。结论妊娠晚期妇女血糖水平对胎心监护评分有较大影响，血糖水平越低，NST评分越低，母婴危险性越高，临床医生应正确对待胎心监护的评分，以提高母婴的安全性。

목적：탐토임신부녀잉만기혈당수평대태심감호평분적영향。방법대2010년3월지2012년5월래사천성인민의원성동병구대산적151례잉만기부녀적림상자료진행회고성분석。근거공복혈당치수평장환자분위A조（46례）、B 조（46례）、C 조（59례），3조평균공복혈당치분별위＜6 mmol/L、＜5 mmol/L、＜4 mmol/L。채용Kreb씨평분법，대환자태심솔파동정황진행감측。결과무응격시험（ non-stress test，NST）태심감호평분A조무＜9분자，B조＜9분자23.91％，C조＜9분자47.46％（ P＜0.05）。 B、C조불동시간단찬후혈당수평급NST평분감측결과현시， NST평분수착찬후시간적연장、혈당수평하강축점강저（P＜0.05）。결론임신만기부녀혈당수평대태심감호평분유교대영향，혈당수평월저，NST평분월저，모영위험성월고，림상의생응정학대대태심감호적평분，이제고모영적안전성。
Objective To investigate influence of blood glucose levels of late pregnancy on fetal heart rate monitoring.Methods The clinical data of 151 cases with pregnancy in the third trimester during March 2010 to May 2012 were retrospectively analyzed in The East Ward of Sichuan Provincial People′s Hospital.All cases were divided into 3 groups according to their blood glucose levels , blood glucose of 3 groups were <6mmol,<5mmol,<4mmol respectively.Fetal heart rate of all cases were monitored .Results Fetal heart rate monitoring score <9 by non-stress test(NST) of 3 groups accounted for 0, 23.91%, 47.46%respectively (P<0.05).Postprandial blood glucose levels and NST result of group B and group C showed that with the extension of time after a meal , blood glucose levels gradually decreased , and NST score decreased accordingly ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Blood glucose levels have influence on fetal heart rate monitoring score in late pregnancy , the lower blood glucose levels and NST score were, the higher maternal and neonatal risk would be , clinicians should treat correctly to fetal heart rate monitoring score to improve the safety of mother and fetus .
