目的:探讨营养指导对糖尿病合并妊娠患者及胎儿的发育影响。方法选择2010年6月至2013年1月在深圳市南山区妇幼保健院确诊为糖尿病合并妊娠患者138例,随机分为营养指导组68例和常规饮食组70例,营养指导组给予医学营养指导,常规饮食组给予常规饮食指导,观察两组妊娠结局及胎儿的发育情况。结果营养指导组糖化血红蛋白水平、脂联素水平低于常规饮食组( P<0.05);妊娠期高血压疾病、泌尿道感染、酮症酸中毒、低血糖、羊水过多、难产、流产和孕妇死亡的发生率均低于常规饮食组(P<0.05)。营养指导组胎儿中先天性畸形、巨大儿、低血钙症、窒息和胎儿窘迫的发生率均低于常规饮食组(P<0.05)。结论科学合理的营养指导能改善糖尿病合并妊娠患者的营养状况,促进胎儿的健康发育,并降低母婴并发症的发生率。
目的:探討營養指導對糖尿病閤併妊娠患者及胎兒的髮育影響。方法選擇2010年6月至2013年1月在深圳市南山區婦幼保健院確診為糖尿病閤併妊娠患者138例,隨機分為營養指導組68例和常規飲食組70例,營養指導組給予醫學營養指導,常規飲食組給予常規飲食指導,觀察兩組妊娠結跼及胎兒的髮育情況。結果營養指導組糖化血紅蛋白水平、脂聯素水平低于常規飲食組( P<0.05);妊娠期高血壓疾病、泌尿道感染、酮癥痠中毒、低血糖、羊水過多、難產、流產和孕婦死亡的髮生率均低于常規飲食組(P<0.05)。營養指導組胎兒中先天性畸形、巨大兒、低血鈣癥、窒息和胎兒窘迫的髮生率均低于常規飲食組(P<0.05)。結論科學閤理的營養指導能改善糖尿病閤併妊娠患者的營養狀況,促進胎兒的健康髮育,併降低母嬰併髮癥的髮生率。
목적:탐토영양지도대당뇨병합병임신환자급태인적발육영향。방법선택2010년6월지2013년1월재심수시남산구부유보건원학진위당뇨병합병임신환자138례,수궤분위영양지도조68례화상규음식조70례,영양지도조급여의학영양지도,상규음식조급여상규음식지도,관찰량조임신결국급태인적발육정황。결과영양지도조당화혈홍단백수평、지련소수평저우상규음식조( P<0.05);임신기고혈압질병、비뇨도감염、동증산중독、저혈당、양수과다、난산、유산화잉부사망적발생솔균저우상규음식조(P<0.05)。영양지도조태인중선천성기형、거대인、저혈개증、질식화태인군박적발생솔균저우상규음식조(P<0.05)。결론과학합리적영양지도능개선당뇨병합병임신환자적영양상황,촉진태인적건강발육,병강저모영병발증적발생솔。
Objective To discuss the influence of nutrition guidance on pregnant women with pre -gestational diabetes and fetal development .Methods 138 pregnant women with pre -gestational diabetes were selected in Nanshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2010 to January 2013, which were randomly divided into the nutritional guidance group ( 68 cases ) , treated by medical nutrition guidance , and routine diet group ( 70 cases), treated by conventional dietary guidance .The outcome of pregnancy and fetal development in the two groups were observed .Results The level of glycated hemoglobin and adiponectin in nutritional guidance group were lower than routine diet group ( P <0.05 ) .The incidences of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome , urinary tract infection, ketoacidosis, hypoglycemia, polyhydramnios, dystocia, abortion and death in nutritional guidance group were lower than routine diet group ( P <0.05 ) . The incidences of congenital malformation , macrosomia , hypocalcemia , asphyxia and fetal distress in nutritional guidance group were lower than routine diet group (P<0.05).Conclusion A scientific and rational nutrition guidance can improve the nutriture of pregnant women with pre -gestational diabetes , promote the healthy development of fetus and reduce the incidence of the complications of mothers and infants .
