    本文着重介绍内蒙古自治区依托“小药箱”工程开展牧区流动信息系统建设，并就牧区卫生信息化建设的相关思路及系统功能实现进行详细说明，对建设中发现的问题进行了思考。

    This paper introduces the construction of mobile information system in the pastoral area of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region which depends on the "Small Medicine Cabinet" project. It also makes a detailed introduction in regard to the related ideas and the system function about the health informatization construction in the pastoral area, and the thought on the problems exposed during the construction.
