目的通过会诊质量监测与管理,分析会诊工作中存在的主要问题,提出应对措施和策略,实现强化会诊制度管理、优化会诊流程,提高会诊质量和效率的目的。方法通过会诊数据采集、问卷调查、病历查阅等形式,对会诊申请情况、会诊执行情况、会诊管理情况进行分析。结果2012年会诊及时率逐月提升,8月份已经达到95.06%,2013年度会诊及时率高达97.15%,远高于院目标值95%的要求。结论应严格采取会诊申请准入、完善会诊信息系统等措施,提高会诊及时率,提升医疗评估效果。

목적통과회진질량감측여관리,분석회진공작중존재적주요문제,제출응대조시화책략,실현강화회진제도관리、우화회진류정,제고회진질량화효솔적목적。방법통과회진수거채집、문권조사、병력사열등형식,대회진신청정황、회진집행정황、회진관리정황진행분석。결과2012년회진급시솔축월제승,8월빈이경체도95.06%,2013년도회진급시솔고체97.15%,원고우원목표치95%적요구。결론응엄격채취회진신청준입、완선회진신식계통등조시,제고회진급시솔,제승의료평고효과。
Objective To seek the strategies and countermeasures for which can improve the management system and optimize process by analyzing consultation problems of the consultation quality monitoring and management system. It will improve consultation quality and efficiency. Methods Analyze the situation of consultation application, execution and management by collecting consultation data, questionnaire and reviewing medical records. Results The in-time consultation index increases per-month which has reached 95.09% in august 2012. It has reached 97.15% in the year of 2013, which was higher than the target of 95%. Conclusion Suggestions such as the consultation application access system and improving the consultation information system to improve the in-time consultation index. At last, it can further improve the efficiency of medical evaluation.
