MicroRNA(miRNA)是一种在转录后水平调控基因表达的非编码蛋白 RNA 分子,参与了各种重要的细胞生物学过程。目前研究已发现,miRNA-140在软骨细胞增殖分化和关节炎的发病机制中起重要作用。随着 miR-NA-140新的靶目标的研究发现,其重要性作用进一步被证实。本文总结了 miRNA-140在软骨发育异常所致关节炎中的作用,有助于更深层次阐明关节炎的发病机制,同时也可能为研究与治疗脊柱退变性疾病提供一种新的思路。

MicroRNA was found to be essential post transcriptional regulators of gene.At present,the researches have indicated that miR-140 played a crucial role on the normal develop-ment of chondrocyte and discovering the pathogenesis of arthritic.With the finding of target gene of miR-140,the importance of miR-140 was further confirmed.Herein,the authors reviewed the role of miR-140 on the abnormal development of chondrocyte lead to pathogenesis of arthritic, which is helpful for recognizing the pathogenesis of arthritic.In addition to,the authors speculated that miR-140 may be closely correlated with the degeneration of cartilage endplate.
