目的：全面客观地了解南昌市老年居民对社区护理服务满意度情况，为卫生行政部门制定老年人相关政策提供科学依据。方法在南昌市五大主城区中，根据社区卫生服务中心的规模或效益进行分层，随机抽取5个社区卫生服务中心：东湖区滕王阁社区卫生服务中心（机构 A）、西湖区绳金塔社区卫生服务中心（机构 B）、青山湖区南动社区卫生服务中心（机构 C）、青云谱区京山社区卫生服务中心（机构 D）、红谷滩新区红角洲社区卫生服务中心（机构 E），再从每个社区卫生服务中心的健康档案库中，分别随机抽取160名老年人，并对其发放自制的调查问卷。将所得数据主要采用加权秩和比法（WRSR 法）进行统计分析。结果共收回758份有效问卷。南昌市5家社区卫生服务中心各指标综合指数最高的分别为机构 A 的定期健康体检（X12）、机构 B 的 X12、机构 C 的门诊一般治疗护理（X19）、机构 D 的康复护理（X27）、机构 E 的 X12。28项二级指标中 X12指标得分最高，其分值、权重系数也最高。秩次和 WRSR 结果显示：机构 D 得分最高，WRSR 为0．883；机构 E 得分最低，WRSR 为0．378。归档结果显示：老年人对社区护理服务满意度高的为机构 D，满意度中等的为机构 A、机构 B 和机构 C，满意度最低的为机构E。结论运用 WRSR 法能够较全面、科学地反映老年人对社区护理服务满意度。

Objective To comprehensively and objectively understand the satisfaction of elderly residents with community nursing service in Nanchang,and to provide a scientific basis for the health department to formulate reasonable policy.Methods Stratified multistage sampling was used to selected 5 community health service centers from 5 main urban areas in Nanchang city,in-cluding Donghu district Tengwangge community health service center(institution A),Xihu dis-trict Shengjinta community health service center (institution B),Qingshanhu district Nandong community health service center(institution C),Qingyunpu district Jingshan community health service center(institution D),and Honggutan district Hongjiaozhou community health service center(institution E).One hundred and sixty elderly residents were randomly selected form health archives of each community health service center and were surveyed by using self-made question-naire.The data were analyzed by using weighted rank-sum ratio(WRSR)method.Results A to-tal of 758 valid questionnaires were returned.The highest composite index was X12 in institution A,X12 in institution B,X19 in institution C,X27 in institution D,and X12 in institution E.The index score,score value and weight coefficient of X12 were highest among the 28 secondary indicators. WRSR was highest in institution D(0.883)and lowest in institution E(0.378).Archiving results showed that satisfaction of the elderly with community nursing service was highest in institution D,medium in institution A,B and C,and lowest in institution E.Conclusion WRSR method can comprehensively and scientifically reflect the satisfaction of the elderly with community nursing service.
