针对无人直升机电力巡线大承载两轴稳定跟踪平台高谐振快响应的设计要求,对环境冲击条件下稳定跟踪平台的结构系统进行了动、静力学有限元仿真分析和性能优化设计。根据有限元分析结果,对方位轴进行了结构优化,使系统各阶模态得到显著提高,满足了总体设计要求。
針對無人直升機電力巡線大承載兩軸穩定跟蹤平檯高諧振快響應的設計要求,對環境遲擊條件下穩定跟蹤平檯的結構繫統進行瞭動、靜力學有限元倣真分析和性能優化設計。根據有限元分析結果,對方位軸進行瞭結構優化,使繫統各階模態得到顯著提高,滿足瞭總體設計要求。

Based on the requirements of high modes and fast response of a two-axis stabilized and tracking platform applied for unmanned helicopter power line inspection system, the dynamic and static mechanical analysis depending on finite element simulation and performance optimization design under environmental impact conditions are carried out. As a result, the vibration mode shapes of various orders are improved to meet the performances of platform control system.
